A
reminder for today
"Don't
worry about this Philistine," David told Saul. "I'll go fight
him!" (1 Samuel 17:32)
Are you worried today about what lies ahead? Does your
day look gloomy and dark and are you not sure if all will be fine? The Israelite
army stared at this huge man in fear not knowing what to do. David came out to
the battle field to bring his brothers provisions and to find out how they
were.
When David looked at this huge problem, he did not see
Goliath, he saw an opportunity to show the problem how big his God is. Out of
the entire Israelite army, a shepherd’s boy will go and fight Goliath.
My dear friend, whatever you are faced with today or
during this week, God is far greater than your greatest fears. Faith in our
Father will move your problems as if they were tiny rocks instead of huge
mountains. Come with me today and let us look at our day with renewed faith in
our Father and let us trust Him for the outcome of whatever we may struggle
with. Don’t worry about your fears and
problems, for God will fight for you.
