Today's thought - 31 August 2025

Today I want to remind us that there is no more condemnation against us because Jesus came to set the captives free. So the whole first transgression of Adam that brougth God’s judgement on us is broken through Jesus that bought both justification and sanctification by His sacrifice.

Now the Holy Spirit brings an entire new spiritual vitality that delivers us from the principle if sin. The law exposed sin but could not deliver us from it due to man’s sinful  nature. Jesus became like us in all areas except for sin  to bear its guild as a sacrifice to God condeming sin and setting us free.

You are free to live by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit making you a new person in Jesus that is cleansed by His blood. The enemy has nothing on you and his power is detroyed. Come with me as we stand on the victory of Jesus over sin and satan and take on this day fearless and filled by the Holy Spirit.

In you lives and all powerfull God who created all by speakig a Word. He will break all bondage and He will lift you up and He will give you ALL you need.

Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 30 August 2025

My dear friend. There is a lot in this scripture today but I wish to highlight three parts. One you are predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus.

This making Him the first and we follow in that lineage. This means that you are called, justified and glorified through Jesus. Second if God is for you, who can be against you. If it is God’s calling and His wil, who can stop it.

And thirdly but surely will need time to process, but in essence God will with Jesus give you all things. Now in all things means in all things. God will give you the strength, abillity, wisdom, guidance, knowledge, help, faith, hope, desire, power and will to do and receive all things.

Not material (yet He will give you what you need) but mainly spiritual so that you can become the person He saw when He created you. You are more than you see.

Have an awesome day.

Salvation in the midst of battles

I am in total awe of the wonderful and amazing God we worship. Yes, I have many battles and challenges and yes, I make mistakes all the time, but the way the Holy Spirit comes into my life and how He works with me is just amazing.

We have a prayer group at work and God is working so amazingly in our lives as He touches people around us. It is in the small things that I see His majestic power moves and eventually those small things will become huge miracles.

It is a blessing and probably the thing I am most grateful for is to be used by God and that He trusts me with doing things for His kingdom.

I tell you that nothing we do for God is ever wasted, from a friendly smile to a prayer when needed, it is all so worth it.

I just love Romans 8 and here Paul writes –  And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.”

All things work for good and I can testify to that, because I see it everyday as God continues to change my life and to draw me closer to Him.

Your prayer time every day is so vital to your growth, do not neglect that. God is amazing and I pray that He will do the same in your life.

Be blessed my friend.

Today's thought - 29 August 2025

Good day son and daughter of God the most high. Today God is with you and He knows your battles and He knows what you face. He sees all you go through.

God says that you must not be afraid nor be discouraged no matter the size of your storm, but He goes ahead of you and He will not fail you nor abandon you. He will fight for you and you will prevail.

My prayer for you is simple this: I pray that in this day you will stand firm on Jesus your foundation and His love and strength will flow through you. He is for you and I pray that you will see how He goes ahead. You will be fine and you have already won. In Jesus name.

Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 28 August 2025

Yesterday the Holy Spirit reminded me that as Jesus became the first Son and in the cross He is joined with us all as we all have to die to the old life to step into the new life with Jesus as sons and daugters of God.

This means that in repentance and salvation and through baptism we become sons and daugters of God our Father. This brings a new dimension in understanding our calling, because just as Jesus did we must take up our cross and step into our calling.

We become one as we step into harmony becoming one body and one spirit in our destiny as sons and daughters of God.  Now with this we have a  numerous amount of promises in God’s Word. Today I pray that you will find refuge in the promise that you are a son/daughter of the most high God.

That you will be filled with joy and peace knowing your new heritage and that the power of God will flow through your life. Have an awesome day, my friend.

Today's thought - 27 August 2025

I have this deep desire to draw nearer and closer to God. Deep in our hearts, our souls long and desire more of God. Living a life with an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit is my ultimate goal, yet so many times I seem to miss the goal and slip into my default living.

God says blessed are the man whose strenth is found in God and who knows how to draw nearer to God. I do not think we will truly comprehend the power that lies in a close intimate relationship with God.

My dear friend, my prayer for you today is simply this: I pray that you will have a supernatural encounter with God today and that your strenth will be renewed and that you will run and not grow weary and walk and not be faint. I pray that you will be filled with His presence and that your day will be a day filled with success.

Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 26 August 2025

To be honest I have given God so much praise for the trials and challenges I have gone through the past few years. It has taken my faith to a comlete new level my relationship with the Holy Spirit has grown so much. By faith we walk daily knowing that God is a God who hears our prayers and answers in His time.

I had and still have to go through many challenges as I need to grow more each day. I also know that there is still more and greater challenges that awaits me, but I have this incredible peace about it, because there is nothing this world has to offer me. All I want and need is in Jesus Christ.

Without faith it is impossible to please God. For us that go before God it is imperrative that we believe He is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Therefore I commit my life fully to God and take up my cross with the Lord Jesus so that I can be molded into the man God saw when He created me.

My dear friend, a life lived for God is the ultimate display of our faith and the reward is greater than what we expect. Do not always seek the reward here but wait for what lies in heaven with our amazing God. Be of good cheer for our God is a consuming fire and loving Father. Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 25 August 2025

While as believers Jesus said we must be as harmless as doves but He also stated that we should be as wise as serpents. Many times people will enter into your lives under the guise of friendship, yet their hearts are dark and deceitful.

Many times people will agree with you while being in your presence but when you are not they turn against you. It is so important that we have decernment in our dealings with others, especially with those in the world.

My dear friend, guard your heart and listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.  Let only good and uplifting words come from you. Never give the enemy a doorway into your life but be mindful of all you see, hear and say. Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 23 August 2025

My dear friend, better is one day in God’s presence than a thousand elsewhere. The best this world has to offer does not compare to a mere moment with God.

He is brighter than the sunrise as He wraps around you shielding you from all evil. His generous gifts of grace and glory will fill your life and He will provide in all your needs so you will lack nothing.

God is our provider and He knows what you need and He knows your burdens. Euphoria is a feeling or a state of intense excitement and happiness. Put your trust in God today and let the Holy Spirit fill you with His peace and wisdom.

God will bring rain where there is a desert and He will make a way where there is none. He is the God of heavens armies and your place of refuge. No mountain is to high and no problem to great for His grace.

Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 22 August 2022

True content lies in Jesus Christ. He is the shepard and the sheep knows His voice. My dear friend, we serve an awesome and amazing God.

This morning I pray over you my friend. I pray that Jesus will fill all areas of your life and bless you with miraculous life giving peace. I pray that you will be blessed with green pastures and still waters and that blessings will overflow in you as streams of life flows from you.

I pray for full restoration and healing and that God will restore all that the devil stole from you. May your path be one of righteousness and may God be blessed through your life and everything you do. In the mighty name of Jesus.

Have an awesome day, my dear friend.

Today's thought - 21 August 2025

Consider the amazing things done by God in creation. By a mere word the entire creation was formed in all its beauty. He preserves, govern and direct everything according to His will. Yet His greatest work is delivering those imprisoned by sin and misery to Himself.

God’s amazing work of redemtion is not meant to be celebrated by a few but to be broadcasted among all nations so that all creation can be filled with His praise. My dear friend, do not skip your time with God nor the opportunity to share His gospel.

Every person needs Jesus. Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 20 August 2025

Even in their destruction God blessed the people with much fruit. God offered blessings to His people if they submitted to the Babylonians.

Therefore in the midst of our battles God’s judgements are mingled with mercy calling sinners to submit to His discipline and instruction. My dear friend we serve a loving and gracefilled God that seeks no ones destruction but the salvation of all.

How much longer do people live in rebellion against God? It is important that we understand that even trials and challenges are for our growth in our faith. No mountain is too high nor is any problem beyond God.

What is important is how we face these challenges and how we seek God in all of our troubles so that we can hear His voice and follow His guiding hand. There are much fruit awaiting you in your struggles. Fruit that will uplift you as well as fruit that will uplift other.

Be kind, patient and love one another. God will make a way where there is none. Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 19 August 2025

I do not know how you experience your day to day life as we journey on. I have found that the minute I relax in my fight and in my walk with God, the enemy moves in and I always seem to make a mistake. Some days I just don’t get it.

You know we work so hard to do everything right and in a simple scenario of watching the wrong program, saying the wrong word, listening to a bad conversation opens a doorway for the enemy and he slowly works his way up to the point where we fall.

The Holy Spirit places Ephesians 4 on my heart again and as Paul says I beseech (urge) you to walk worthy of the vocation (suitability) by which we are called. Therefore throw away the old sinful nature and the former life and allow the Spirit to renew our thoughts and attitudes that we can truly be righteous and holy as He who dwells within us.

Thus not grieving the Holy Spirit but living in full unity. My friend, let us humble ourselves before our God knowing we cannot do this on our own but that we need the guidance and grace of God. Submit fully to His voice and guidance, then things will change.

Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 18 August 2025

As the weeks pass and the year slowly creeps to an end we have more days of exhaustion and frustration. People get agitated and irritated easier.

This morning we come before the amazing God. The Lord of hosts and we ask that He replaces our grief with gladness and delight as we seek Him.

Let our children and those around us be amazed by God’s wonders as we work to bring glory to Him. I pray that God will bless your hands today so that you will have success in all you do. I pray His grace and power over you and I pray His blessings over you.

My dear friend you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous is His works on your life and may your soul flourish in His love and grace. Have an awesome day.

Today's thought - 17 August 2025

As I stand before my God today I understand my own weakness. My heart is filled with His love yet the enemy comes to steal that with lies of deceit and corrupt thoughts.

When I slip in my journey and I fall because of my own worldy nature His compassion and lovingkindness holds me up. I cry out to you my Lord as my mind is filled with anxious thoughts and my God brings His amazing peace over me.

As fear tries so hard to find a gap in my arnour, His love and grace abounds me. I look up to the very mountains that now seem to over shadow my path and I feel my strength flowing from my God, the creator of heaven and earth. His joy in me now becomes my strength and His Word reasures me.

My dear friend, the Lord of hosts have you in His hands. No storm or mountain is greater than His power nor is any evil stronger than His love. The same God that rose Jesus from the dead is the same God that dwells in you. You are a child of God standing in victory over sin and satan. Rise mighty warrior, God us with you.

Today's thought - 16 August 2025

There are many similarities in Jeremiah’s life compared to what happened to Jesus. In both lives their own people did not listen to them and both was condemned.

There are many like Zedekiah who are to proud to repent and trust in the Lord even though everything around them is collapsing. They can see the truth of God’s Word yet they cannot humble themselves before the Lord.

It is writen in Isaiah that we must seek the Lord while He may be found because this opportunity will end eventually. My dear friend Jeremiah is very clear: Obey the voice of the Lord and it will be well with you.

A simple statement yet we miss it so many times. No matter where you are or what lies ahead. Take this moment and draw near to God. Let the Holy Spirit in and listen. His soft loving guiding hand will steer you correctly and the mountain that lies before you, will vanish like fog before the sun.

Seek His voice and His will and fear no more. Have an awesome day my friend.

Today's thought - 15 August 2025

I just have this on my heart for you today. God says He knows the thoughts He think towards you. The are thoughts of peace and not evil so that you will have a future and hope.

Do you have questions? Are you confused with circumstances? Are you struggling?

God reminds you that He only has good thoughts for you. He desires a life of abundance for you. A life where you seek Him and He says you will find Him.

Jesus also said that if you seek you shall find. I know when life happens all else seems hopeless. I know you feel lost and your battle seems endless.

I know it is hard. But I can tell you to seek God with all your heart in the midst of the storm is so worth it. God continues to say He will be found by you and He will save you from your captivity and He will restore you.

He will step in and defeat your enemy and remove them from you.

Remember this: God never leaves you and He will never forsake you. Have an awesome day, my friend.

Time and forgiveness

They say time heals and forgiveness sets you free, yet sometimes it feels as if time just creates an opportunity to put it in a box and hide it somewhere deep inside. Some days you forget and some days you remember. I am everything but perfect and I have probably made a ton more mistakes than you ever did. Carrying a burden alone can be hard and exhausting. The mind is a battlefield full of misguided thoughts and sometimes we really need to take control of our thoughts otherwise they will drive you insane. How far do you carry sorrow and how long does it dwell within in the deepest innermost parts of your soul? What do we allow into our minds by the very pain we do not let go?

In essence everything is a choice and yes, we can choose to hold on to it and cherish it and allow it to control our outlook on the world. Sorrow and pain have a way to steal the true you and replace it with a crooked version of something we are not designed to become. Sometimes it feels as if you will lose more if you let go of what hurts so bad. It becomes a struggle between remembering and letting go to the extent that you just end up miserable.

Where do you draw the line between memory and sorrow? Jesus stood before all those religious leaders as they accused Him and mocked Him while He was ridiculed and beaten. He was denied by His closest friend and questioned by people who walked with Him and shared a meal with Him. Those who saw what He was and what He did lost faith when He was captured. Fear took the place of love and friendship and bound them by the very things Jesus tried to free them from. How many times do we look at life and question our situation with the very idea that we did not deserve this. How many times do we question God when the outcome was our very own choices.

Jesus prayed and asked the Father to take this cup from Him, if it was to be God’s will. He also said that the servant is not greater than the master, so if He was persecuted and hated and we become His followers, why do we expect rose pebbles and happy endings. In this life you will face many trials and tribulations and then Jesus went on and said fear not for I have already overcome the world.

If your situation is not what you expected and your battle feels impossible, it is vital that you stay in the fight and do not give up. It may feel way above your level of endurance and strength but I tell you this – God hears prayer and He will carry you through it.

Paul wrote that we can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

Today's thought - 14 August 2025

Zedekiah’s request for prayer reveals a peculiar irony among many who will listen to God’s Word and pray. Yet they will ask true believers to intercede for them during difficult times.

Of course we should always pray for them for in God’s providence it mayblead to their salvation. However such requests from unbelievers is usually a last resort highlighting their own spiritual deadness.

Sadly when such prayers are answered many of then return to their former way of life. Jeremiah was hated because he told the truth. My dear friend do not neglect your prayer time nor the very truth that you stand on.

Be diligent in your time with God and always stand for what is right. Have an awesome day. Remember you are protected and loved beyond comprehension.

Today's thought - 13 August 2025

Happy is the man whom God corrective. Discipline is not always a nice thing and we are not always open for it, but it brings great benefits. It purifies us from sin and strengthen our faith. God’s chastening is evidence if His love.

We should be sensitive to God’s Word that exposes sin and depend on the Holy Spirit to lead us by that Word to behaviour that is pleasing to God. We should desire correction because we have been given a new heart that loves God and we should desire a life that glorifies Him.

I have seen a good share of correction over the past year and I can tell you my faith has grown so much. God is amazing and His plans for you is plans of good and prosperity. Life and life in abundance. Stand on His Word and seek His guidance.

All bad will be used for good. Be blessed my friend. You are so loved.

Today's thought - 12 August 2025

Paul’s instructions for parenting are surprisingly simple. On the one hand the hardest thing about being a parent is doing what you know you should do: be kind and just, not angry and unfair.

Train and discipline your kids constantly and teach them the Word of God. Successful parenting require us to walk worthy of our calling in every area of our life.

Avoid wordlyness and build marriages of love and respect. If we remain faithful to God in how we live it will have rippel effects on the lives of our kids.

To live righteous is not a burden but a gift. In Jesus you are already righteous. What remains is living a life close to Him and the rest is easy. He is able to do more than we expect and He can open paths in the wilderness and create steams of life in desert areas.

Give it all to Him and follow His voice.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

The Whole Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-20)

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [b]wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [c]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— 19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

The Christian life is not a playground; it is a spiritual battlefield. It is one where the forcesof darkness are arrayed against us seeking to do us great harm. The Puritan, William Gurnall, said that this war is so serious it makes the cruelest battle between armies of men to seem like a child's game. Sometimes we can forget this; other times we can make too much of it. The apostle Paul would not have us to fall into either extreme. In Eph. 6 he gives us a proper balance to spiritual warfare so that we neither underestimate it nor overestimate it. How we think about this spiritual battle is critical to how we fight it. This classic passage gives us a biblical framework for spiritual warfare. It provides us a perspective that can dramatically shape our daily lives, showing us how to engage rightly in this great conflict.

As believers, our first step in successfully waging spiritual warfare is recognizing our weak-ness and the Lord's great strength. Self-sufficiency is a killer in this battle; dependence on Christ is crucial. Ephesians 6:10-20 repeatedly reminds us of our insufficiency for this fight. We need strength (v. 10), weaponry (vv. 11,14-17), and lines of communication with our Savior for aid (vv. 18-20). These means are external to us. Without them, we have inadequate strength to stand against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness, and spiritual hosts of wicked-ness. Left to ourselves we would soon crumble in the heat of battle. We are simply deficient for the task. However, God loves His people and never leaves us defenseless.

Throughout the rest of this section Paul calls us to "put on the whole armour of God" and describes each piece of the armor (vv. 11-17; cf. Rom. 13:12; 2 Cor. 6:7; 10:4-5; 1 Thess. 5:8). As Christians, we need the whole armor because our enemy is a relentless foe. If Satan and his minions cannot wound us in one place, they will target another: if not the head, then the heart; if not the conscience, then the emotions. Since Satan and his cohorts attack us in a variety of ways, God provides a variety of defenses sufficient to withstand any assault they might throw at us. Every piece of armor is another way of putting on Christ (Rom. 13:12,14). William Gurnall said, "What is this armour? By armour is meant Christ. Till Christ be put on, the creature is unarmed."

The apostle also calls us to stand (vv. 11,13,14). The Christian is a man of war, and as a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ, he is to maintain his spiritual position throughout life. The verb "stand" means "to hold one's position continually." It suggests a soldier firm and steady while under fierce attack. Thus, Paul is calling us to put on the full armor of God so that the Devil will not gain one inch in our lives or lead us off course. In sum, we are to hold fast the solid ground that Jesus has already won us in our lives. It is clear then from Paul's language that the Christian life is not intended to be one of defeat in which the Devil is constantly having his way with us. While we might lose some battles with Satan at times, the believer is ultimately the winner because He who is in him is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Lastly, Paul calls us to pray (v. 18). Prayer is not an additional piece of the armor but the means by which each piece is effectively employed. No doubt, Paul mentions prayer last for the sake of emphasis. The passage that begins with "be strong in the Lord" (v. 10) ends with "praying always with all prayer and supplication" (v. 18). Prayer is the critical component of our warfare, reinforcing each piece of our armor. The armor of God does not consist of literal pieces we can put on; rather, it consists of spiritual truths that the Christian appropriates through prayer. Christians must daily put on each piece with prayer, calling on our great Commander-in-Chief for fresh supplies of grace and help for combat.

Today's thought - 11 August 2025

Jesus came to this world so that we can live. Man’s own desires and greed became his ultimate chain of bondage in which he gave the enemy power over him.

God knowing that man is weak and imperfect and lost send His Son out of love for His precious creation to save man from himself. He, the life giver, star breather, sin bearer and the saviour gave light to man. Many are the broken and the lost and heavy is the burden they carry.

Jesus came to remove that burden of the dying man so that all who receive Him are reborn, renewed and spiritually transformed into a new creation. One filled with light and a light that the darkness cannot dim nor comprehend.

He is the light of the world and the very fire that burns in us. This is the true gift of salvation. The only treasure worth living for and fighting for. He is in you as you are in Him and His power will change the way we think and the way we look at this world.

My friend, you are so so loved and you fight from victory. Believe it, live it and share it.

Today's thought - 10 August 2025

God commanded Jeremiah to write the words God gave him on a scroll and then it had to be read to the people.

Jehoiakim was the king of Judah at the time and on hearing what was read he had the scrolls burned. It made me think of the parable of the sower who sowed seed and some fell on rocks, some in the thorns and some on good ground.

Here we see how God inspired scripture through the Holy Spirit but some will hear it and try to alter or destroy it. God said that His Word will stand forever. So the efforts of those who oppose it or try to destroy it is in vain. God’s Word will triumph.

How amazing is it to know that we read a living Bible that is opened to us by the Holy Spirit. Let us open our hearts daily to receive God’s Word so that it will be a constant companion through our lives.

Today's thought - 09 August 2025

This Psalm is just amazing. I can relate to David as he calls on to God asking Him to hear his prayer and save him. I will never be able to fully understand what you are facing and what you are going through.

I can relate maybe in some cases where I experienced similar situations, but never will I be able to stand in your shoes and feel what you felt or feel now. The amazing thing is that Jesus knows exactly where you are and what you are facing and the impact it has on you. I think that is why David so earnestly asks God to save him and have mercy on him.

Do you feel that you call on God constantly and you are fully devoted to Him? My dear friend, in the next verses David writes that in the day of his trouble, he will call on the Lord because God will answer. Jesus knows where you are. Come with me as we call onto Him.

He loves you and He said if you ask in His name God will answer. Seek God’s will in your situation and lay your challenges at His feet. He will show you the way and He will deliver you from it.

Just trust Him completely.

Today's thought - 07 August 2025

As the battle rages on we are often in a place where we feel inadequate for what we face. This morning my prayer is simply “Teach me more about you, o Lord”. In the simplicity of my prayer lies a deep longing for more of God.

Ultimately we should desire a life that is walked in truth and which brings honor to God. I think as we start to learn more of God and we walk closer to Him our gratitude and praise will see new hights.

So I truly say that we should be thankful with all our hearts and bring glory to God always and forever. Take a moment as we reflect on what God has done for us and give thanks to Him.

If God did it before, He will do it again. Be strong my friend because even in our weakness we are strong.

Today's thought - 06 August 2025

Our greatest need today is for the Lord to hear our prayers and to arise and display His mighty power. As the enemy comes to steal and destroy today, he will meet his demise.

Like the puff of smoke is blown away and like wax by a fire their attempts will have no results and their deceit will be met with truth. You will stand and see the enemy vanish as we rejoice in God’s presence. His joy is our strength and His right arm protects us.

We will be filled with joyfull laughter as the God of our salvation moves and our enemy will stand powerless. He will give you strength and power. Pray and praise God because we stand in victory.

Battles. Mine, yours each day

I have been on a journey to live a life of righteousness. Believe me, it is much harder than I thought. Every day we are in a constant battle and I think sometimes we are ignorant about it.

We get tired and we do not feel like praying or spending time in God’s Word. We start to lack and the enemy basically wins. As I seek more and more of God my closet time has become more and more intense.

As I desperately hunger for more of God the enemy just comes in waves. I am not always aware of his deceit as it sometimes seem as my own thoughts. Again the battle is against the spirit world but we are also in a fight between our carnal self and our spiritual self.

The closer I get to God and the more time I spend in His Word my own personal battle seems to be much easier. It is still the enemy that comes at times we least expect it, like in your dreams.

It is so important that you sanctify your home and your bedroom and your thoughts before you sleep. I always ask the Lord to send my guardian angel to help me through the night and I go into earnest prayer before bedtime.

As you fight your battles I will include you in my prayers for Paul wrote that you must be praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

Today's thought - 05 August 2025

God is amazing. How He loves us so much and desire your heart and your love. Be not a friend to this world but submit to God. He longs for your time and your prayers.

Humble yourself before the Almighty God and His grace will overflow. Steer away from pride and resist the devil. He comes to steal and destroy with lies and deceit.

Resist his pour attempts and he will leave. Surrender to God, my friend for life is but a moment. We are here today and gone tomorrow. Do not miss the opportunity to be with God and to share this amazing gift that we have in Jesus Christ.

You are so much more than you think.

Today's thought - 04 August 2025

The people made a promise that they will set their slaves free, but the minute circumstances changed and there was no more danger, they changed their minds and took back their slaves. What an insult to God.

So often people are quick to make promises to God when there is trouble and the minute things change they fall back into their sinful lives. Let us be careful in making promises to God. God gave up His only Son to keep His promise, so God takes covenants very serious.

Do not grieve God nor the Holy Spirit. Live a life in obedience to God’s Word and seek the Kingdom of God first, then God will give you all you need. All God requires is that you know Him, seek Him, spend time with Him and have an intimate relationship with Him.

Then you will truly love Him with all your heart and the rest will be easy. Be blessed my friend. You have an Almighty God that loves you dearly.

Today's thought - 03 August 2025

This is one of the greatest promises in the Bible. God says that He will answer you when you call (pray) to Him. Then He says He will show you great and mighty things.

Not only will God hear and answer prayer but He will do so in ways that exceed our expectations. My dear friend, as the week lies ahead God urges you to habitually call on Him.

All through scripture prayer is emphasized and the importance of it made clear. Combined with that God also says He will answer.

Make this scripture part of your heart and bring it to God in prayer and walk with me as God is about to show us great and mighty things.

Today's thought - 02 August 2025

There will always be people in need. Need is not always physical but in many cases people are spiritually poor. They go to church and call themselves Christians but they are poor in the Kingdom of heaven and some of them will not see heaven.

Jesus also said: Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Who is poor around you and does not know God?

It is them we need to pray for and ask God that they will see the light and it will remove their darkness. Jesus also said if you did it to the least in my Kingdom, you did it to me.

My friend the need is great and we should never ignore the opportunity to share the gift of Jesus Christ. If you consider those who are poor the promise God has is so amazing. Give your time, talent and treasure to the Kingdom of God and He will deliver you, preserve you, bless you and strengthen you.

Nothing we do for God is ever wasted.

Today's thought - 01 August 2025

I am adding on to yesterday. As the week pushes forward so does everything that comes with it. God specifically says do not wonder away because something new is going to happen.

I am sick this week but funny enough I think the Lord is forcing me to rest for what lies ahead. To be honest with you, I truly have no fear.

God did not give us a Spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. God says He will give rest to the weary and joy to those who sorrow just as Jesus told us to come to Him and He will give you rest.

This rest is complete restoration and renewal of your strength. Knowing this we will sleep better and wake up knowing God will make all things work out for good.

Fear not my friend for the joy of the Lord is our strength.
