A
reminder for today
"Do
not be afraid, for I am with you. I will gather you and your children from east
and west.” (Isaiah 43:5)
Moving forward can be a scary thing at times. It feels as
if you are blind folded while you try to walk on a wall. You carefully take
each step feeling your way forward careful not to step of the edge, because you
have no idea how high the wall is. Life is very similar to that and we often
find ourselves in unfamiliar areas where we are careful to take a wrong step or
even take a step.
As we step out and onto our wall, the Lord reminds us today
that He is with us and we should not be afraid. He will gather us and our
children (or family or friends) from the east and the west. He will carry us
over that wall and He will remove our mistakes (transgressions) as far as the
east is from the west (Psalm 103:12).
This distance between the east and the west represents God’s
endless love and His endless determination to see us succeed. He wants us to
open our hearts and trust His guidance. So when we walk out on that wall. We will
follow His voice that will guide us, but not only will He guide us by giving us
direction, He will also stand beside the wall to catch our feet when we slip
just to place them back on the wall so that we can safely continue.
Today the Lord reminds us that we can step forward into
the unknown and He will take us through it.
Have and awesome day dear friend of Jesus
Cheers
