A reminder for today
For
ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through
everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal
power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. (Romans
1:3-20)
What a powerful statement. There are so many arrogant
people in today’s world that denies God or the existence of God. People self-idolize
themselves with the believe that they do not need God nor do they need to believe
in God. How sad to think that with so much around us that exalts the existence
of a living God, people still live in denial.
In the end God is not going to say sorry that He never
showed Himself to you. He will surely not forgive you for claiming that He does
not exist and He will not give you another chance. God loves this world and the
people in it so much that He gave His Only Son to die for us. He desires your
time and wants you to spend more of it with Him. God will give you all that you
need to succeed in the life so that you will not perish in the next life.
So today The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies
display his craftsmanship. Day after day they continue to speak; night after
night they make him known. They speak without a sound or word; their voice is
never heard. Yet their message has gone throughout the earth, and their words
to all the world. (Psalm 19:1-4)
Lord, let us feel your presence today and let our eyes fall
open to your majesty that is visible all around us. Let us see with new eyes
and let us live with new belief. In Jesus name.
