reminder for today
All
these people died still believing what God had promised them. They did not
receive what was promised, but they saw it all from a distance and welcomed it.
They agreed that they were foreigners and nomads here on earth. (Hebrews 11:13)
The meaning of a Nomad is a wanderer or a drifter. My dear
friend, the biggest promise God made for us is the life that awaits us in
heaven. Faith is the very foundation of our journey that is leading us to
heaven. Jesus said that He is the way and we will only be able to enter heaven
through Him. This is what we stand for. You and I are believers following Jesus
and living in His light. This very way of life means that we are destined for
heaven and there should be no doubt in us about that.
Stand with me today as we see our future in the distance
and let us welcome it by allowing the Holy Spirit to lead us through life as we
follow God’s voice. Let’s stand up and show Jesus to the world, in our lives and our
beliefs. Let us be the essence of our faith by living it day by day.
The minute you bring Jesus into any equation the result
is unlimited. Be like Jesus and allow His ways to be your ways.
I pray that you will walk into today with no more fear
and no more worries. I pray that the Lord will come and lift you up out of your
challenges and your worries and let you watch as they shrink away. I pray that
you will be stronger today and that you will look ahead knowing you are
destined for heaven. I pray that your life will shine and lead other to the
Lord.
