A
reminder for today
Those
who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. They weep as they go to
plant their seed, but they sing as they return with the harvest. (Psalm
126:5-6)
How are you today, my friend? We have been working day
in and day out right through this weekend to get ahead as we are in the last week
before we will release this update. It has been a very tough update with
enormous challenges both physically and mentally and I know these last few days
will test our faith right to the very last drop, but I must say that I am
strangely at peace and I know that the Lord will bless our work just as He had
done so many times before.
These verses are so powerful. Those who plant in tears will harvest with shouts of joy. God is
making a promise here and He says that when we go through hard times and we are
tested to our limits and yet we remain faithful we will harvest with joy. This
means that regardless the outcome the Lord will bless us and give us joy. We
must remain faithful for it is in Him that we will find our joy and our
purpose. In God alone we will find true happiness.
So today I want to remind you that you must not give up
when things are hard and out of your control. Trust the Lord and have faith in
His plans and you will find joy that is unparalleled.
You
haven't done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you
will have abundant joy. (John 16:24)
I pray that we will trust the Lord with all our hearts
and that we will grow in faith as we follow His voice. I pray that we will have
success and be victorious so that our joy will make the enemy tremble at our
faith. In Jesus name.
