A reminder
for today
"You
must not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you are called to testify in a
dispute, do not be swayed by the crowd to twist justice. (Exodus 23:2)
Bad influence:
You
must not follow the crowd in doing wrong. Do we stand for what
is right or do we allow ourselves to be intimidated by friends, leaders or
popularity? Do you allow yourself to do the wrong thing out of your own or do
you do it, because of the norm set by those around you?
My dear friend, in today’s society it is so important
that we stand for what is right and that we do not allow ourselves to be
intimidated by money, power, friends or popularity. When Jesus was on earth He
stood for what is right and did not allow Himself to be intimidated by the
leaders of that time or even Satan. That is why He was so very unpopular among
the priests and religious leaders.
It is so important that you remain unwavering in your
beliefs especially in this time of the year. Seek the Lord in all that you do
and you will be successful in all that you do.
I pray that you will stand on the foundation of Jesus as
you remain unchanged in your beliefs and that you will not be intimidated or
influenced by the world, in Jesus name.
