A
reminder for today
And
this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious
riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)
Today I am again in awe of the blessings we have in Jesus
Christ and the mercy and grace of an Almighty God. I took my youngest boy to
school today and the traffic was just terrible with the school term that starts
today. So as we stood there stuck in traffic I saw a lady walking on the side
of the road. She is obviously on her way to work and she was walking on a part
of the road that was filled with stones and it seemed difficult for her to walk
there. And here we are nice and comfortable in our car driving to school. I felt
a tremendous feeling of guilt and also an overwhelming feeling of gratitude towards
God for all that He does for me and my family and how well He takes care of me.
So I repeat this verse for you today: And
this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious
riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
My dear friend, today I want to remind us that we must
humble ourselves and be grateful for all that the Lord is doing for us and how
He blesses us each day. Everything I am and all that I have is by His merciful
hand and His unconditional love and therefore I will praise His name in the midst
of my storms and in the height of my greatest moments. Glory to God.
Lord, today I pray that you will take our praises for all
that you do for us as we worship you with grateful hearts. Lord you are all we
need and with you we can do anything. Show us your way and bless each person
reading your awesome blog today so that the world will know you are God and the
only God. In Jesus name.
