A reminder for today
For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. (2 Timothy 1:7)

Today I just want you to know that you are much more than what you see in the mirror. You are a warrior and you have an all powerful Spirit that dwells in you. You are strong and you are fearless. You are bold and you are faithful. You are filled with power and love and your self-discipline is earth shattering.

You are a soldier and a prophet. You fight for righteousness and you carry the Word of God with you wherever you go. You have an awesome heart filled with love and compassion and you are true ambassador for the Lord.

You travel through this world with a joyful stride and you walk with pride and determination. You see life differently because you know what you future holds for you.

You are truly amazing, my friend and I am glad that you are a child of God and follower of Jesus. Come and let us take on today with renewed strength and determination. Let us face our storms with new focus and let us stand fearless in the midst of the waves that crashes over us.

Walk Jesus, talk Jesus and live Jesus.

Lord, in your we place our trust and our faith and we live for you alone. In Jesus name.

Have an awesome day dear friend of Jesus.

Today Reminder – 7 August 2014 (Day 5 – Return to Proverbs)

A reminder for today Honour the LORD with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. Then he will fill your barns with grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine. (Proverbs 3:9-10) When we realise that all we are and all that we are good at is a blessing from the Lord we soon see how we can honour Him with these wonderful talents. I give all the credit to the Lord for all that I accomplish and all that I do and I am humbled by the way He continues to give me wisdom in my work. The promise here is much greater than we realise. When we honour Him with all that we produce, He will fill our barns and let our vats overflow. This to me means that the more we honour Him in what we produce (do) the more He will bless what we do up to the extend where we will see His blessings and they will leave us completely overwhelmed. In the end all that we have comes from God and He will increase what we have when we seek Him above all and live to bring glory to Him. ...

Today Reminder (Boxes) – 9 November 2017

A reminder for today   I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End [the Eternal One]. (Revelation 22:13 ) When you are reading this, I will be well on my way to my parents. Today is their moving day and we are off to help. Now, when it comes to moving I am almost an expert. We moved a few times and I can tell you it was never fun. Even still today our furniture starts to shake when a truck drives by. Now moving is all about boxes. Your stuff goes into the box and then onto the truck and finally at the new destination the stuff comes out of the box. One thing I can tell you is that with every move our stuff got lesser and lesser, because I gave some away that I thought we do not need anymore. Some would think I just made it less and easier to move. I would argue the opposite, but surely everyone is entitled to their own opinion. When we look at life it is a bit like moving.
