A reminder for
today
Together, we are his
house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone
is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming
a holy temple for the Lord.(Ephesians 2:20-21)
Wow this is such a nice verse. We are all one in Jesus
Christ formed and molded by His hand and carefully placed in strategic
positions so that we can promote and strengthen the temple of the Lord. Together
we are His temple and no matter where we go we carry with us His Word and we
are His ambassadors so that we can make more foundations for His house.
Jesus is the corner stone of this temple becoming the core
that keeps us together. In Him we find freedom and peace and in Him we find
hope and strength.
So today I want you to remember that you are part of this
house and that you are an ambassador for the Lord. You are the key to taking
His Word all over this world, because I may be in South Africa, but you are in
France or America or Iran or any other place. And together we can spread the
good news so that less and less will perish and more of us will find eternal
life in Jesus Christ.
Lord, let us be your ambassadors today as we carry your word
all over the world. In Jesus name.
