Today Reminder (No more) – 26 February 2018

A reminder for today
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (Revelation 21:4)

I read this verse this morning and it just filled me with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude towards our Lord and God. You see we live this life, but we know that this is not the live we are actually living for. We are mere travellers that is passing through this world to the next. This is the awesome thing that we have to keep in mind and keep in our focus. When this world ends we will see a new world where there is no more pain, death, sorrow or tears for the things we see now will be no more and we will be with the Lord.

This chapter is an important one and one of my favourites, because I long for the coming of our King. God says that He will make all things new and listen to this: It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Wow, he that overcomes this world will drink from the fountain of life and he will be called a son of God. We will live in a place where there is no need for a sun or a moon, because the glory of God will light up the entire place and there will be no night.

My dear friend, it is just a short while and then it all ends. Stay the course and keep fighting the good fight. We are here for His glory and we are here to share God’s love and show His wonder to everyone we meet. You do not need to carry a Bible with you, you can touch lives just by living in the glory of our Lord and sharing His love. You might be the only light for someone stuck in darkness.
Your smile or your friendship could save someone from missing the wonder of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I love it when Jesus went to the home of Levi and ate with tax collectors and sinners. The Bible says Jesus ate with publicans and sinners and the Pharisees questioned this. Jesus simply answered: They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Jesus calls sinners. This means that in this world we are called by Him and we are here to do something. Do not let the enemy confuse you by making you think you are condemned. You are called by our Lord. Come and stand up with me today as we answer to this call and become a light to everyone around us. Show Jesus, my friend, show Jesus.

Lord, we cannot wait for you to return. Let your will be done and let your kingdom come. Let us be the light that other need and let us share your gospel everywhere we go. In Jesus name.

Have an awesome day dear friend of Jesus.

Cheers
