Paul writes
in Romans 7 “I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is
right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate”. In Psalm 53 we are remined
that God looks from the heavens at the world and He wants to see if we truly
understand the responsibility we have towards the kingdom of heaven. Sin creeps
into our lives to derail us from our purpose and our relationship with the Lord.
My dear friend, I, off all is the king of sinners, and I make mistakes every
day. What is important is our hearts in this and how we come before our Father
when we have made a mistake or sinned against Him. It is simple and I am taking
you to verse 5 where David writes “Terror will grip them, terror like they have never known before. God will scatter the bones of your
enemies. You will put them to shame, for God has rejected them”. As the enemy comes to
steal and destroy, God will restore you. He will heal your heart as the blood
of our Lord Jesus Christ removes sin and destroy your enemies. Paul writes in
Romans 7, “Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord”. And then he says
in Romans 8, “So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ
Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has
freed you from the power of sin that leads to death”. The enemy wants to steal
your joy and break your relationship with the Lord. Stand up, my friend and let
us return to our Lord and let His blood heal us from our mistakes and wash us
clean. Let our redemptive hearts allow God to give us the wisdom and strength
to face all temptations and trials and let us be victorious. The enemy has no
power over you and the same power that raise Jesus from death lives in us. Be strong
and face your battles with determination and allow the Holy Spirit to guide you
away from sin and into an intimate relationship with Him, for the glory of our
Lord. Have an awesome day.
