This morning I am writing to me again. As I look back over my life and the mistakes I have made that have costed me so dearly, I am overwhelmed with emotions as I can still remember it as if it was yesterday. Now the enemy comes to steal from me as I stand innocent trying to remind me that I am not worthy of God’s grace and that I am not good enough for His mercy. He comes to steal and destroy me for he knows that my children are my life.
God is first in my life and will always be. He reminds me again that He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. That Jesus did not die in vain but He died to rescue us from sin and that God will pour out His unfailing love on those who love (fear) Him and give justice to honest hearts. My heart may be broken because of the evil that now tries to steal from me, but God says that they will be thrown down, never to rise again.
My dear friend, no matter the storms you face and the lies the enemy tells you or use against you, God loves you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. No matter your past, your future is eternity with God. No matter your mistakes you are washed clean by His blood. No matter the size of the mountain, God is already moving it. No matter how hard this battles seems, God has already won. No matter the pain, joy comes in the morning.
But the salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him.
