A
reminder for today
When
you have eaten your fill, be sure to praise the LORD your God for the good land
he has given you. (Deuteronomy 8:10)
Grateful:
It is customary to say “Thank you” when someone gives you
something or helps you. We have grown accustomed to the phrase and we tend to
use it quite easily. How many times have God done something for us and we just
accepted it without thanking Him for it.
Moses makes it quite clear to the Israelite people that
they must not forget to praise God for their land, especially when they have it
in abundance. This is a common mistake from us and one I urge you to change. We
need to praise God more for the things we have. From the smallest to the
largest, it all comes from God and from His mercy and love.
My dear friend, let’s make a point of thanking God more often
and giving Him glory for the things we have and the things we do. From our jobs
to our homes and from our kids to the food we eat each day. Let’s be thankful
and lift up His name for the glory of our God.
I pray that you will have a grateful heart that will
rejoice for the glory of our God and I thank God for your friendship and all
the wonderful talents He blessed each one of us with, in Jesus name.
Have an awesome day dear friend of Jesus
Cheers
