A
reminder for today
You
have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my
clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy, that I might sing praises to you
and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever! (Psalm
30:11-12)
Love
is not rude and it does not demand its own way…
When are you rude? Rude is offensive, ill-mannered,
vulgar and impolite. Being rude is huge sickness of our modern day era. We seem
to live past one another and we are always on demand for our own good and our
own purpose.
We get this at the office and in the shopping centres and
basically everywhere. This behaviour is then taken home and we show it towards
our loved ones. We became reluctant to give a little of our time and instead of
being nice we become nasty.
It almost seems as if a dark cloud is over you and you are
irritated at the smallest of things. I find that people have lost respect for
one another in the way they talk and the words they use. If you love someone or
for that matter, if you love yourself, bad words should not form part of whom
you are. Swearing has become an excepted form of communication and people seem
to seek acceptance by the way they talk.
My dear friend, when the Lord is in you, His love exists
in you and to be rude or vulgar will destroy that image. When you love someone,
that love should not only be reflected in what you do but also in what you say
and how you say it. We cannot demand and force our ways on other if we love
them. Let us break the ways of society by bringing in the ways of Jesus. He will
turn your mourning into joyful dancing and clothe you with joy.
Let us give our thanks to the Lord and live in way where
love will triumph - always.
Have and awesome day dear friend of Jesus
Cheers
