91 Days of Victory – Day 59 (2026/04/27)

 

But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress. Today I just want to bring all the glory and all the praise to our Lord and God who so lovingly took all our sin to the cross and by His stripes we are healed. In this world we can try and satisfy our needs through material and carnal solutions, but we will never have peace and content until we put Jesus first and allow the Holy Spirit to be our comforter and our guide. Worldy things are a bottomless pit that will never satisfy but in God we find true peace and fulfilment and when He is first, we will also have all else we need. The only difference is that those material and carnal things will not dominate us because God is our priority and we put Him first and then He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Therefore, we should seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to us.  Now remember there is a first in this scripture and then a second. First seek the kingdom (give God first place in your daily schedule, career, and family) then all these things (all that we need) will be added. This is not just a nice scripture, it is a do with a result (a promise). Put God first and the rest is added. My dear friend, that is why we should sing and rejoice of His power and His unfailing love for when God is for us who can be against us and with Him (first) all things are possible.
