This morning is quite profound. We are talking about a garment of praise. In Isaiah 6 we read that God says He will give you a garment of praise to restore what was lost and to heal the broken-hearted. There is freedom in Jesus and remember He said come to me all who are tired and heavily burdened. He gave us a Spirit of power who will help us, comfort us and guide us as we walk this journey. Sometimes we are so focussed on what is wrong or hurts or broken or impossible and we miss what God is doing. Remember there is power in your words. In Deuteronomy 30 we read “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life”. Chose life, because Jesus came to give life and life in abundance. We are no longer slaves but heirs of the kingdom of God. My dear friend, come with me as we put on our garment of praise and praise God in the storm. The joy of the Lord in my strength. Have an awesome day.
