Personally, I think I am still working towards understanding the fear of the Lord and what promises lies in it. Simply put, once we comprehend this there lies wealth, prosperity, health and life in this. I think it all starts by drawing closer to God and stepping into this scripture in Matthew 6 “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”.
Then together with the fear of the Lord we will receive understanding in God’s ways and knowledge because it should create in us a desire to spend more time in His Word and in His presence. Now the result is as our Pastor said is “GO”. James wrote faith without works is dead and once we understand salvation and what lies within the fear of God, we will step out of our comfort zone and into our purpose and His promises.
My dear friend, there lies a great treasure of life in the Holy Fear of the Lord and a life that will take us beyond our wildest expectations. Come with me as we draw nearer to God in holy fear and into our purpose. Do not only believe the gospel but live it out every day for the harvest is great and the labourers are few.
