Balance. The Lord takes me back to Psalm 127 today with the emphasis on work life balance. We have a massive project that lies before us and the time frame that we must complete it is challenging to the extent that I do not think we have enough time for the work and the complexity of it. So, as per my human self, I will grind it and put everything else aside and focus on making it work.
God wants me to take a different approach and trust His guidance and help throughout the process not neglecting what He wants me to do but to remain obedient and continue to seek Him diligently. In other words, God want me to trust Him completely in all my challenges as He takes me through my wilderness into my promised land.
My dear friend, to live a balanced life may seem a bit difficult at times but when we put God in the center of everything, we will realize that, that balance is more rewarding than the time, effort and stress. That is why Jesus said come to me all who are tired and heavily burdened and I will give you rest.
Just as the Israelites needed to step into faith and possess that which God has given them regardless of the giants and the mountains in the land. In the same way we must take on our mountains and possess the land God has already prepared for us.
Have an awesome day, my friend.
