7:14-15
Then
Jesus called to the crowd to come and hear. "All of you listen," he
said,"and try to understand. It's not what goes into your body that
defiles you; you are defiled by what comes from your heart."
Jesus stated here that we are defiled but what comes out
of our heart and further on He makes it quite clear that this is the impurities
of our thoughts. I feel that the Holy
Spirit says that this goes hand in hand with what we say and do and what we say
to other people.
Therefore I urge you today so speak only uplifting things
over everybody you see and meet no matter how hard and difficult.
Our primary function is to bring honour and glory to God
and this is clearly seen in the way we treat those around us.
Let God guide in speaking life over every person you
meet.
