Today Reminder – 14 September 2015 (Day 10 – Dear Lord)

A reminder for today

Dear Lord, today I lay myself down at your feet and I open my heart to you once more so that you can fill me with your Spirit and renew the very core of me to realign myself with you. I open my heart and mind so that you can guide me and restore me back to how you want me to be. Lord I have still so much in my life that I need to address and that I need to change for your glory. I still need forgiveness for I struggle to forgive myself for the mistakes I have made and I still need to let go of those that makes me negative. I need to trust you with the workload that we need to do and I need to forgive those that caused pain and grief in my life. I need to clear myself and allow you to fill me with you so I will become more like you and less like me. I still need so much healing not only mentally but also physically and I trust that in my process of renewal all will fall in place.

I pray for all your followers that so diligently reads your blog each day. I pray that you will bless them so much that they will stand amazed at the wonder of your works. I pray that you will touch each of their hearts with love and pray for recovery and healing where there is injury and pain. I pray for freedom where there is bondage and I pray for forgiveness where there is hurt. 

Let us lift our hands and worship you today so that we will glorify you in all we do.

Today Reminder – 11 September 2015 (Day 9 – Dear Lord)

A reminder for today

Dear Lord, today I have a deep sense of appreciation for all you have done for me thus far. My heart reaches out towards you in a needy manner, because I so long for more of you. I pray that you give us wisdom and a clear mind in this day and that you will guide us through each hurdle and lead us through each confrontation. I pray for a Sprit that fears none and conquers all. Lord I ask that you fill us today with your love so that it will pour over to those around us and touch those that so need it. I pray for the lost and ask that you will open their eyes and show them the way. I pray for all our insecurities and I ask that you replace them with confidence and hope. I pray for all our mistakes and ask that you use them to teach us and guide us. I pray for all our problems and I ask that you minimize them with your presence and teach us to walk by faith. I pray for all my friends reading your blog today and I ask that you touch each one individually and bless them in all they do and lead them through all they will face and lift them up to place where your glory will resonate all over the world.

Today Reminder – 10 September 2015 (Day 8 – Dear Lord)

A reminder for today

Dear Lord, I put myself in your hands today and fall to my knees as I look to you for strength and guidance. The weight of our burdens pushes us down and continues to break our motivation. I pray that you replace the fear and worries in me with life and power that originates from you. Let me feel your hands on me and let me hear your voice as I fight the enemy against all temptations. I pray for all my family and that you will keep them and protect them. I pray for recovery where there is sickness and pain and I pray for forgiveness where there is anger and hurt. I pray for all my friends, those close and those so far. I pray that you walk beside each one of them guiding their feet and leading them on their journeys. I pray that you keep them out of harm’s way and that you will hide them from the reach of the enemy. I pray for those in places where our religion is oppressed and where they must meet in secret. I pray that you will bless them and fill them with your Spirit so that they will fear no man. I pray for my friends all over the world reading your blog right now. I pray that you will lift their spirts and fill their hearts with your joy. I pray that you will show them the right path and help them in their choices and decisions. I pray that you will give them a pure heart and an unbeatable spirit. I pray that we all will glorify your name today so that the enemy will have no hold on us.

Today Reminder – 09 September 2015 (Day 7 – Dear Lord)

A reminder for today 

Dear Lord, we thank you for the inspiration of Jesus. Grant that we will love you with all our hearts, souls, and minds, and love our neighbours as we love ourselves, even our enemy neighbours. And we ask you, God, in these days of emotional tension, when the problems of the world are gigantic in extent and chaotic in detail, to be with us in our going out and our coming in, in our rising up and in our lying down, in our moments of joy and in our moments of sorrow, until the day when there shall be no sunset and no dawn.

Today Reminder – 08 September 2015 (Day 6 – Dear Lord)

A reminder for today 

Dear Lord, our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us today the food we need, and forgive us our sins,  as we have forgiven those who sin against us. And don't let us yield to temptation, but rescue us from the evil one. 

Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.  Living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your Will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever and ever in the next. 

Amen.
