How are you,
my friend? Yesterday I revealed to you that you are blessed, and this is in God’s
Word. Now my question to you today is, why do we struggle? Why do we live a
life that is without blessing and why is it so easy for the enemy to steal our
blessings?
My scripture
today from John 9:38 is probably far more important than you and I can imagine.
It simply says. “Lord, I believe”. Why does the Bible say in Mark 6:52, “For
they had not understood about the loaves, because their heart was hardened”.
It is simply that their minds were slow to perceive Jesus’s
divine power. Why do we feel that we are not blessed? Yes, because we are
sometimes slow to understand the divine power and the authority we have.
We put the Holy Spirit in a box, and we think He is like a genie,
and we only need to call Him when we need a wish. That, my dear friend is
living a life with a hardened heart. That is missing the divine and supernatural
power that flows in us. That is like having a car, but you walk.
My friend, Jesus says in Matthew 6, “Therefore I say to you,
do not worry about your life”. Do not worry what you are going to eat or drink
or what you are going to wear and He refers to the birds and the flowers and He
says, “Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and
tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you,
O you of little faith?”.
Jesus says that God knows what you need and then He says
BUT, and a very important BUT… “But seek first the kingdom of God and His
righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”.
I have written about this before, but I need to say it again
because I do not want you to limit that what is in you. That what God has
blessed you with. Your talents, your job, your business, your family and your
potential. My friend what stops us? It is simply our words. Your words can
destroy your blessings for the Bibe says that what a man thinks he is and what
the heart is full of will flow out of you. If you are negative and you complain
all the time, then you are disabling yourself. There is power in your words and
Bible says in Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a
light to my path”.
Stop polluting your mind with lies and negativity and more
so other people’s negativity. Fill your mind with the Word of God. Somone said
that the real estate between your ears is the most valuable real estate you
will ever possess, so why do you not invest in it.
God said to Joshua in Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law
shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night,
that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you
will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success”.
Every step we take should be with faith. The Bible does not
say we run by faith, no it says we walk by faith. It means there will be difficult
times but is also say it will be worth it. The bad is part of the good that awaits
us. That is why I say do not stop dreaming for God is a God of impossibles and
with Him all things are possible.
So, come with me today as we pray “Oh, that You would
bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and
that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!”
My dear friend, I said it before and I will say it to you
every day. You are more than you think and you can do anything. Just trust God
and follow His guidance. Meditate on His Word, day and night and dream big
dreams. Do not live with a closed hand but bless other for God loves a cheerful
giver. And, very important, believe, abide and believe.
