Today Reminder – 24 June 2016

 A reminder for today
It's not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What's important is that God makes the seed grow. (1 Corinthians 3:7)

What does a farmer do when he’s got a barren field that’s producing no income? He doesn’t complain about it. He doesn’t even pray about it! He just goes out and starts planting some seed, because nothing is going to happen until he plants the seed. He can pray all he wants, but it’s not going to produce fruit. He’s got to plant some seed.
Why does God require us to plant a seed? Because planting is an act of faith. You take what you’ve got, and you give it away. That takes an act of faith! And it brings glory to God.

It is not important who plants the seed, it is important that the seed is planted. God can use the most unlikely individual to plant a seed and then God will nourish it and make it grow. Do not doubt in yourself and do not think that you must wait for God to plant your seeds. It is by faith that we walk and by faith that we live. We should incorporate that faith into all that we do.

Plant the seed my friend and let God make it grow. If God is for us, who can be against us. God is always with you so do not fear to take that leap. Let His Holy Spirit guide you and you will surely do the right thing.

So today we become farmers. Go out and prepare your fields, my friend. This means that you must be willing to face many obstacles but remain determined to place a seed in a field where it can grow. Not all seed will fall in good ground and some will have almost no impact, but it is the one that falls on the right ground that will change a life and lead people to Jesus.

Lord, guide us so that we can plant a seed in the hearts of the people we meet and I pray that you will grow that seed so that no one will be lost that accepts you. In Jesus name.

Have an awesome day dear friend of Jesus.

Cheers
PS: I am taking some time off that I will spend in nature close to God’s wonder. I will return to you in a week and I look forward to share God’s wonders with you. May you have a blessed time and may the Lord our God fill you with passion and drive so that you will flourish in life and bring glory to His name. See you soon.
