Today Reminder (Saved) – 6 March 2018

A reminder for today
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2:21)

It is with a joyous heart and a merry spirit that I bring the amazing news of Jesus Christ to you today. The wonder of the gift of grace and love by a God that so loved us that He gave His life to take upon Him the burden of our sins. So that whoever shall call on His name will be saved. By this it means that when we accept Him as our saviour and Lord we are cleansed from all our past transgressions and we are free from the life of destruction.

We are lifted up by His love and transformed into new people. We do not live by the laws and issues of this world, but we live by the love of an almighty God. This means that we are not influenced by the ways of the world but instead we are influenced by the ways of the kingdom of God.

We no longer see the world as worldly people, but we walk on this world as righteous people filled by a Holy Spirit. We look at our challenges and we accept them with joy for when we are weak we are actually strong and to face tribulation for our Lord is an honour, because just as He suffered we will also suffer.

We do not fear death nor are we concerned with that which awaits us after death, because we know we actually will not die, but live in eternity with our Lord forever.

We are not influenced by the lies of the enemy for we know who our God is, and we know He is the creator of heaven and earth. We know that we are created in His image and we gladly defend Him in every challenge we get.

We are not affected by anger, because we love. We are not affected by hate, because we love. We are not affected by jealousy, because we love. We are not affected by wealth, because we love. We are not affected by this world, because we have only one God and Jesus Christ is our saviour.

We are not average nor are we normal. We are God’s children and we are saved.

Lord, we are so grateful for what you have done and what you are still doing for us each day. Glory to you now and forever. Let your name be glorified and let your kingdom come and let your will be done. In Jesus name.

Have an awesome day dear friend of Jesus.

Cheers
