A
reminder for today
So
you see, God is with us. He is our leader. His priests blow their trumpets and
lead us into battle against you. O people of Israel, do not fight against the
LORD, the God of your ancestors, for you will not succeed!" (2 Chronicles
13:12)
How are you today, my dear friend? Monday seemed to go by
without any hassles and so we are well into the week now. Carrying the kingdom
of God out into the world can have quite a number of challenges. Yesterday I reminded
you that the enemy will use any and every possible way to hurt us and get us of
our journey.
In Matthew 28:20 Jesus said “And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the
age." Now let us look at this for a moment. This means that Jesus is
here with you right now. He is not a distant God, He is constantly with us
wherever we go. This means that in the midst of all our challenges He is with
us and He said that He will be even till the end of the age. He is and will be
with you always.
Now coming back to the battle, God wants you to remember this
today: Do not fight against the LORD, the
God of your ancestors, for you will not succeed. The Lord wants you to take
these words with you into your daily battles as we tell the enemy that they
should not fight against the Lord, for they will not succeed. This is also your
confirmation that you will not lose the battle, because the Lord is with you
and in His kingdom the enemy will not succeed and they will not bring us down. Do
not let the enemy place any negative thoughts in your head for the Lord our God
is with you and you will not lose the battle.
Come with me today my dear friend as we speak only
positive and uplifting words over ourselves and those around us so that we will
destroy any negative ideas the enemy will try and place in our way to influence
us negatively. A positive mind holds a positive spirit and a positive spirit
will be an unbeatable force that will strike at the very heart of the enemy. Let
us defeat all negative thoughts with positive and powerful thoughts.
