Samuel
was displeased with their request and went to the LORD for guidance. (1 Samuel
8:6)
My dear friend, this is the correct way. When we are
angry, lost, worried, scared, insecure, needy, bored, broken, alone, hurting,
seeking, falling and even when we are still standing. Go to the Lord for
guidance. Samuel was a great judge and his success is easy to understand when
we look at this specific verse. Samuel always consulted God and never acted on
his own. This is why Samuel had such an amazing life judging Israel.
Always go to God for guidance and seek His way and you
will never go wrong, even when the waves are impossible to climb God will make
it possible, because in our weakness His greatness will be clearly visible to
the world.
Jesus
looked at them intently and said, "Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But
with God everything is possible." (Matthew 19:26)
