Today Reminder - 03 June 2013 (Responsibilities)

A reminder for today
There Zadok the priest took the flask of olive oil from the sacred tent and anointed Solomon with the oil. Then they sounded the ram's horn and all the people shouted, "Long live King Solomon!" (1 Kings 1:39)

A new king for Israel. King David as grown old and made his son Solomon his successor. David lived a long and blessed life with many great victories and many wonderful deeds as he lived to bring glory to God, but life is but a breeze and our bodies does not last as we get older and weaker. So finally the reign of David ended.

My dear friend, every day we are blessed with the responsibilities that the Lord entrusts us with. We are almost anointed with the gift of these privileges as we are appointed over them by the Lord.

Everything that we do is ultimately for the glory of God and so should we take our responsibilities as serious as being a king ruling over a nation. Seek God’s guidance and His wisdom each day so that you can perform your duties and bring honour to God.

Come with me today as we are thankful for all the Lord blesses us with and all the gifts that we so lovingly receive from His Father’s heart.

Have and awesome day dear friend of Jesus

Cheers
