A reminder for
today
Dear brothers and
sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. Grow to maturity.
Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace
will be with you.

Harmony and peace are words that we seldom see in today’s
world. The rush from one minute to the next is a never-ending occurrence and we
get so agitated when we are late. This constant rush robs us of our joy and we
fail to grow since we allow the world to influence us. This is obviously
something that the enemy loves to use to push us out of our path and into
darkness.
We have lost respect for other and we love to live in a
secluded world where we are the only person that matters. I see it every day in
the traffic by the way people drive and how they seem to miss the fact that
there are other people on the road also. I think circumstances and social media
has a large role in this. We live in our secluded houses in security villages, because
of crime and we follow people on Facebook or Instagram and we slowly lose our
humanity.
How do we change that? Well I would start by encouraging
each other so that we will be more joyful. When we stand together we will also
grow together. It will increase our harmony and surely give us peace. Not only
do we need to encourage, we must also show courage in the way we live and in
the way we follow God. I do not need Facebook, because God is the only one you
really need to follow and His Facebook is in our hearts. So follow and like Him
every day. It will change your life.
Lord, I pray that we
will find the courage to encourage and grow other. In Jesus name.
