Today Reminder – 04 August 2015 (Day 2 – You)

A reminder for today
I will say to the prisoners, 'Come out in freedom,' and to those in darkness, 'Come into the light.' They will be my sheep, grazing in green pastures and on hills that were previously bare. (Isaiah 49:9)

How are you today, my friend? It is a beautiful day here in South Africa as a dark and starry night opens to bright and blue sky. A crisp dry cold morning embraces us as the warm rays of the sun brings release from a chilly morning. It is wonderful to watch God’s creation as it unfolds around us. It gives you that deep reassurance that He is there and He is watching over us. Even in our dry months we will grace in green pastures.

Friendship is one of God’s greatest blessings and to know that you are my friend even though you are miles away in a distant land. We are connected by the Holy Spirit that leads us to those green pastures where we are free and no more prisoners to a world that feeds on fear and depression.

The Lord wants to remind you today that there is no darkness that can dampen His light that burns in you. There is no mountain that His Spirit cannot soar over and there is no ocean He cannot cross in one leap.

You are a treasure, my friend, one that God holds closely to His heart and one that is so important to Him. He desires only good and happy days for you and He desires a close relationship with you, because you are His child and His creation. He longs for time with you and watches every step you take. He is the foundation that keeps you steady when the world shakes and He is the air that fills you lungs and feeds your body with strength and purpose.

You are gold in hands of the Lord. Wonderfully created and perfected in His mercy and grace. You are priceless and so beautiful, for you are made in His image. He loves you more that you can ever imagine.

Have and awesome day dear friend of Jesus

Cheers
